Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. $6.50 or free nationwide shipping for orders over $80.00
Australia $30.00 or free shipping for orders over $120.00
United States $35.00 or free shipping for orders over $150.00
International Shipping:
International orders are subject to import fees from the destination country. Customs charges vary from country to country. You will need check your country's charges, and pay those charges - Big Brown Industries is not liable for these charges.
Q. Can I pick up from your shop?
A. Yes, we now have click and collect available!
Q. Where is your shop located?
A. 42F Porana Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We are currently shipping to Australia and the United States.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Domestic Shipping takes 1-3 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island.
International shipping is approximately 10-14days from order fulfilment.
Q. What happens if I want to return my item?
A. Returns- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless a product is damaged or we see a refund is required due to other another reason. This will be decided at the discretion of Big Brown Industries Ltd. There is no guarantee which item/s you will receive. All boxes will be shipped within 48hours of order, Monday - Friday.
